Project Description
The developer is constructing a 452 foot residential tower. The building will contain approximately 356 dwelling units, and provide 261 accessory parking spaces. Additionally, a pocket park located at the corner of Grand Avenue and Orleans Street would will be built to encourage community gathering and provide a green space within the neighborhood.
