Project Description
344 North Canal Street is a mixed-use development proposal that would include a 33-story building containing 343 residential units, 124 enclosed parking spaces, and ground floor commercial space. The project also provides for bicycle parking spaces within the building, a covered dog-friendly area under the Clinton viaduct, and the establishment of a pilot program to convert Canal Street vehicular traffic to one-way northbound, and Clinton Street vehicular traffic to one-way southbound.
