Project Description:
Construction of a new 3-story, 15,000 square foot addition to Millennium Park Plaza at the corner of N. Michigan Avenue and E. Randolph St where the former La Strada restaurant stood. As proposed, the new addition contains approximately 5,300 sf of retail tenant space at the ground floor. The second and third levels allow for a restaurant or commercial tenant, with its main entrance on N. Beaubien Ct. The existing two levels of basement parking below this addition will remain.
