Project Description
The 47-story structure includes a 523-foot shared residential- and hotel-tower over a retail podium. The building will contain 289 residential units, 280 hotel rooms, and 22 accessory parking spaces. The retail podium consists of two levels of flagship retail space fronting Michigan Avenue and East Wacker Place.
