Project Description
The project at 225 West Chicago Avenue is a nine-story office development located on the southeast corner of Chicago Avenue and Franklin Street (formerly, Wal-Mart Express). The building will allow for commercial/retail use on the ground floor and offices with seven accessory vehicular parking stalls and one loading berth. The plan also includes a fitness center, conference center, and a top floor lounge with large outdoor terrace overlooking the city skyline.
