Project Description
A seven-story, mixed-use development in PD 1116, located at 171 North Wabash Avenue, the northeast corner of North Wabash Avenue and East Benton Court. The new seven-story structure will be 81 feet high to the amenity deck and 99 feet to the top of the elevator overrun, with ground-floor retail and 81 residential units above. The site will be improved with new landscaping and sidewalks consistent with the Wabash Avenue common streetscape, featuring new raised planters on both Wabash Avenue and Benton Court.
