Project Description
Redevelopment of 113 E. Oak includes the demolition of the existing three-story commercial building and construction of a new two story commercial building in its place containing approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space with a basement level. The new two-story, 44-foot tall commercial building is designed to have a modern look and feel, featuring large storefront windows on the Oak Street elevation set within a dark brick façade.
