566 West Van Buren
Riverside Investment & Development in partnership with Bluestar Properties proposes to construct a new mixed-use development at 566 W. Van Buren containing 198 residential apartments, 2,500 square feet of retail space on the ground-floor, 76 accessory parking spaces, 99 bicycle parking spaces, a private dog run, and a rooftop amenity pool deck.
Parking access will occur on Jefferson street consistent with the existing parking lot and additional parking and loading dock access is proposed via the alley. The residential lobby is planned on Van Buren Street with the retail on the corner of Jefferson and Van Buren Streets. A two-story podium base contains the lobby elements, leasing offices, residence support spaces, bike parking, street front retail and 2 levels of parking.
