Project Description
A 24-story tower with 245 dwelling units, 109 parking spaces and ground floor retail. The residential-retail building was designed to be LEED-certified and include a 50% green roof. The tower lobby was set back from the adjacent church to provide a plaza and preserve views of the church façade.
