Project Description
Now known as the Bank of America Tower, the building is a 51-story office tower. Working with Alderman Reilly, the development team designed the 44,000 square-foot site to contain half an acre of publicly accessible open space, including a landscaped river-walk and an urban park. One of the defining features includes a generous 45-foot wide street-level river-walk path, serving as a new north-south connection for pedestrian access between Randolph Street and Washington Street.
