Project Description
Also known as One Bennett Place, this project delivered a brand new tower with 350 dwelling units and beautiful public park. The park is nearly two acres of green space that includes two dog friendly areas, a children’s play zone, and lawn space for all to enjoy. Bennett Park was designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh who also created Maggie Daley Park and the 606 Trail. The park, located between McClurg Court, Grand Avenue, Peshtigo Court, and Illinois Street, is privately maintained but available for the public to enjoy.
