Project Description:
A proposed planned development, submitted by RIU Chicago LLC, for the property generally located at 150 E. Ontario Street. The applicant is proposing a Planned Development to construct a new 28-story hotel building, with an overall height of 345’, containing 388 hotel keys and two internal loading berths. The building is designed by Lucien LaGrange Studio and will be known as the RIU Plaza Hotel.
