Project Description:
Hotel plan approved in 2016 to construct a 220’ building with 199 hotel keys and ground floor commercial space.
Proposed amendment to the approved PD in 2025: A proposed hotel for The Cloud One Hotel with 297 rooms; measuring 15 stories and 186 feet in height. Approximately 3,800 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space is proposed as the only commercial space in the building, and all outdoor spaces would be limited to hotel guests. No on-site parking is included.
