Chicago Bike Program

One easy way to reduce air pollution is to cycle your way to work and around the city. Chicago’s bike program provides information about bike lane usage, education and safety, parking, laws and other issues to ensure that 42nd Ward cyclists are safe and secure when they reduce their impact on the environment.

Chicago has over 100 miles of marked bike lanes, for the preferential or exclusive use of bicyclists. Click here for an online Chicago bike map. Remember - always follow proper cycling procedures while on the road to ensure your safety!
